Short hand and thick fingers shows crave for activeness but with thickness it can make person some what lazy.

Mount of Luna is stressed shows missing out some entertainment from life. Mount of Venus is highly developed shows sexual desires and some related problems.

There could be some health issues after a birth of a child.

Small hand shows quick learner and do not wast time on small details rather jump on conclusion and start to work on it.

Thick third phalanx is a sing of bad eating habits.

Jupiter is a stand out, finger Saturn and Apollo and suppressed Mercury is bent inwards. 

Jupiter is a sing of commanding personality, she would not let people interfere in her affairs and have courage to break ties if things are getting worst but these people are down to earth in love relationships they do even sacrifice there, personality to just make a better relationship.

Lines and there connection:

Line of life is joined with the head line which shows connection and dependence on family till the age of 17. Then at the age of 32 line of life is turning in to line of fate means that person have dedicated her life to job and carer the line of life is making sphere head in the end means this person would have two responsibilities, may be supporting the parents and own family or single parent.
 Who is working full time to support family and her self. 

Line of mars in side line of line is broken and moving away from the life line shows broken relationship, or divorce that is at the age around 28/29. The divorced is conformed also because of the crosses on the mount of Luna.
Then there is another line starting close to the age  43/45 and nice long line till the end shows an other strong relationship will enter the life and will be a supportive partner. Which will be help in money problems as well and will be very understanding towards old issues because there is a small box the line is passing through. 

Head line is having a big mystic cross at the age of 35 showing connecting with spiritual world and gaining some security. Line is also sloping down showing creative thinking and love for art and beauty. 
There is a cross on the end of head line which is actually on the line of health/ Line of Mercury touching the line of head showing mental worries and probably falling sick around the age of 66.

Line of heart is split faced and having cross on mount of Jupiter shows one big affection will come in line and its little far from line of life shows the affection will enter late in life.

Fate line have hairy lines in the beginning shows struggle for carer in the start the the line fades away means some trouble or left job for some time then the line becomes strong and goes up till line of head.
Then it changes the pattern and goes into heart line reaching the mount of Jupiter, means after the age of 34 the fate will glow and will gain power over people and things it does not show very great deal of money but will be enough to provide for family and live a comfortable life.

There are three children lines 2 boys and 1 girl i am not able to see affection lines but i think the other readings will help find that part as well.

Really need to take care of your health. And always stay determined to your carer as you are right now.
Do not hope too much from family and friends they wont be able to help you out the way you have helped them. Stop taking advise from every one some people are not worth it.
Listen to your self when in problem and stay connected to God HE is providing you now and he will provide you always.
